Seeing the same behavior. I'm assuming that if I have a note titled "mynote" and am writing in a different note, I should be able to type "[[m" and see a list of possible other note files that start with "m" to select from and populate the Wikilink with. The only thing that is autopopulating when I do that is any Markdown headings in the file I'm editing.

I'm also experiencing this issue.
Side note--auto-populating headings and allowing linking to them would be pretty great, actually, but not at the expense of linking to other files.

Ditto. The automatic list of potential files to add as a Wiki Link was a truly beneficial productivity aid. I miss it! I would appreciate the return of this feature. Thank you.

Fixed for next release -- there was an error in migrating some of the preferences to new key values.
