Thought about folders and file collectons
You have a folder of files and from that you have selected a collection of files based on tags. Now you want to go to another file within that folder which has some other tag. You enter the tag in the search bar and find your file, work on it and then you want to go back to the previous collection of files.
You have to enter the old tag of the list of files you were in to switch to that collection again. This is not optimal.
I should be able to open two or more tabs of the same folder. Single tab for a single folder is not efficient.
This can be addressed with multiple tabs for the same folder, or saved tag collections.
What do you think?

I don't dislike either of these approaches. Opening multiple views into the same folder is a topic we've discussed before, as well as a bookmarking/saved search system. We've decided against implementing either for the 1.0 release, but they're both on the table for discussion after we get to launch.

Fantastic. Looking forward to it.

I’d just second the request for bookmarking. It’s central to my workflow in nvALT. If we have to wait till after 1.0 that’s fine. I'm otherwise really pleased with nvULTRA is coming together!
