Importing from nvAlt to Ultra

My nvAlt file is plain text.
However, I was unable to start using my data from nvAlt in the Ultra program.
Need guidance on how to use my NV Alt data in the Ultra program.
I do not know where the nvAlt data file is located.
Any help will be apprciated.

It was not clear to me either at first, and I was afraid I was going to lose or overwrite my notes that I used with nvAlt previously. The trick is to use the File > Open Folder... menu item to open your previous folder of notes.
This assumes you were using a directory to store your nvAlt files as plain text.
