When Dock icon disabled, menus break when returning to app

When I have the Dock icon disabled and switch away from the app, upon returning I can't click any of the menu items anymore.

  I can replicate this (under certain ways of switching apps) and will have to keep looking for the fix.

   

  If you use the global hotkey (the intended way to reactivate the app when it is in menu bar only mode), it works fine.  For now, I would recommend doing that.

  yep i have this issue too.

  it seems to come about when you use the dock icon (which one assumes should be invisible in menubar only mode :p to switch to the app. but if you use the menubar icon or global hotkey to switch it works again.

  You can disable the dock icon if desired -- General prefs

  This seems to be fixed in Mark II beta series.
