[BUG] b33 Image Renaming Beachball

I consistently get about a 10 second beachball every time I rename an image file when using b33 nvUltra. It always resolves without crashing, but the app does not respond for the duration. Doesn't seem to matter whether the image is in the main directory or a subdirectory.

Working on a Macbook Air 2018 with Mojave 10.14.6.
