Font for File List
CompletedIt would be wonderful to be able to choose the font used for the File List/Sidebar. The current font is pretty, but doesn't match the rest of macOS, or any other apps I use.
In fact, I'd be thrilled if the File List used the standard system font (SF) instead.
Thank you for the consideration!

The Advanced Appearance Options presented in this link should allow you to customize this, but I can't get it to work. Might work for you, though! https://nvultra.com/help/advanced-features.html

Williper is correct.

The Advanced Appearance Options method worked for me.
Couldn't figure out how to totally remove that divider line though.
Being an app that has plain-text as it's focus, I'd really prefer all of the interface to follow suit — for me, that includes fixed-width fonts (I prefer Menlo) but maybe I'm an outlier there.
But I don't want the File List to be overly styled, it just takes visual attention away from the content.
The system font approach for the file list, as implemented in nvALT, is the next-best thing in my opinion.
I want both the interface and the content to be as plain, boring, and functional as possible. Just like plain-text :)

I finally got them to work, too. Had to quit the app to make the updates.
I used the following to "remove" the divider lines: defaults write com.multimarkdown.nvultra NVTableGridLineInset 250

+1 on this. I'm also a bit disoriented by the lack of the 2-line preview below the file name that NValt shows, and which I've come to count on (and which echoes Mail.app), since my file nomenclature scheme gives me a lot of files with very similar names.

+1 with regard to setting the sidebar font/size using a standard font picker. Personally, I prefer monospaced file names for easier visual parsing, making it easier to compare one file name to another.

I'd absolutely never want monospace fonts for the list, because that's a "system area" which should use system fonts, but allowing people to set/change it themselves alleviates this concern.
