Right way to escape smart pairs?

    You can also type the same character as the smart pair, e.g. `"` or `'`, and it will skip over the character instead of creating a new one.

     

    But using right arrow, or any other "normal" keys and shortcuts is fine as well.

     

    Basically, whatever works for you is fine.

    And if you're anything like me and hate moving your hands to the arrow keys while typing, use ctrl-f.
