Image files from Notes folder appearing in nvUltra file list

Beta testing is going very well so far and I am am working with over 2300 files in my Notes folder. I have several markdown files referencing image of famous paintings stored in the Notes folder and these are accessed with no problem in the markdown file. However, the image files themselves are also appearing in the file list. I thought at first that this was a bug but the images are so nicely displayed that I now think I will leave them there. I tried however to find a parameter which would exclude certain file types from the file list and came across "Ignore files matching" and a box with a string of characters in it. It looked like they were file types separated by a pipe symbol. I tried adding .jpg at the end but it didn't seem to work. It could be that I got the syntax wrong or it is a bug. Could you clarify please?

nvUltra allows editing of text files, and then uses Quick Look to try and preview other files when possible.
There will be more documentation of the ignore files preference, but it uses regular expressions to define which files to exclude from indexing. For now you have to rebuild the index to see the effect.
