Custom CSS import

Aesthetic point but I've dropped my Marked custom CSS file direct into nvUltra and it works - lovely!

However, the preview window has no padding left/right.  Should my expectations be reset as a user to recreate a custom CSS file and is this my issue?

  At this point the markup on the preview windows do not match between the two apps, so there's no guarantee of parity. Any references to #wrapper will fail to match, for example. In your case, though, simply adding padding to the body selector should fix the issue. To make it work on both, you'd want to compensate by removing any additional padding on the #wrapper div.
