[BUG] b28 View Linebreaks off state not retained across launches

I was kicking the tires and toggled View Linebreaks on, saw the breaks as shown below, and toggled the view off.

Now whenever I relaunch the app, the linebreaks are visible again and I have to toggle them off. Doesn't seem to matter how often I toggle them, they are always on when I launch the app.

  There's a leftover testing statement that inverts the setting when first opening a window.

   

  So turn linebreaks *ON* and then quit nvUltra.  When you restart, they will be off.

   

  Fixed for next release.
