I'll need to get Brett to symbolicate the crash report to verify what's going on, but try deleting your preferences for the app to see if that fixes it.

I was able to find very little about this crash report pattern on the internet.  One person who reportedly fixed it had a suggestion, but it's not clear that the suggestion applies to this case.  I made the change anyway, as it should not hurt.

See if build 28 fixes this (hopefully out later today).

PS> The "fix" I found is not related to anything that has changed in prior versions, so I'm not particularly confident this is the right fix.

Glad to hear it, even if I'm not sure what happened.  On the other hand, I didn't hear of similar crashes from anyone else, so maybe it was something unique to your machine in some way??

Let us know if it happens again.

Unfortunately since today nvUltra crashes on startup. No crashlog.

    Edit:

I'am using the latest build (43) on 10.15.2

Removing App preferences in library / Application support does not help.

    Edit 2:

after removing the App completely (including preferences) and reinstalling, I managed to startup nvUltra again :)  Directly an announcement for update  pop-ups for (=> 44). Maybe related to this announcement?

btw: happy new year to all!!

43 isn't latest build.  Probably expired (I don't remember 43 expiration date, but all of them expire 30 days after release.)
