    We'll consider for the future, but given the infinite variety of themes (since they're user-editable), this would be tricky without adding further complexity to the preferences.

    I thought about that, but it could be as simple (?) as allowing a default theme *and* a default dark theme.

    It is strange to see that some nvUltra system controls like Open/Save dialogs and even Folder Navigator are following the system theme, but nvUltra itself is not:

    nvUltra themes are not specifically light or dark -- they can be any color you like, whether your macOS system is set to light or dark mode.

    Could there be a theme that is defined that automatically follows the system light/dark mode settings?  Basically just take Default and Default-Dark as the two themes it switches between?
