Menubar mode, hide dock icon

Unless I’m missing it somewhere, I’d like the option to run the app in the menu bar and hide the dock icon like nvAlt could.

  I would find this useful as well. I switch to NVU using Alfred and I leave it running continuously.

  We're considering this, but there are some UI challenges given the reliance of nvUltra on the menu bar.

  Found a workaround for the necessity of access to the menu bar, and the next release will have the ability to toggle menu bar icon and dock icon (but at least one of them must be enabled!)
