[BUG] Inconsistent search behavior
CompletedI've just started using nvUltra (beta 25). Lots of promise, but here are three examples of inconsistent search behavior. Keep up the good work, guys.
Entered search term > return
No search executed
Cleared search box using the X
Tried to enter another term and my first search term appeared
Used CMD+L to access the search bar
Previous word highlighted in blue so the expected behavior is to start typing
The highlighted word was not deleted; the new word was added at the end
Entered a search term starting with “p” (example python)
No search executed
Cleared search bar
Tried to enter a different term starting with “p”
My previous term “python” was entered as “python.md”

I'm not entirely sure I'm following.
1. Why do you hit return after entering your search term? You're aware that creates a new text file using whatever is in the Search/Create bar, right?
2. Typing a new search term doesn't cause your previous search term to appear. It autocompletes the first matching existing file name while you type and preselects that file.
3. I can't replicate the behavior you describe with the highlighted word not being deleted and appending text instead.
My suspicion is that you're misunderstanding what is happening, but it's possible something strange is happening with your particular setup... Can you send a video so I can better understand exactly what you mean?
Thanks!

Any updates for this?

I haven't seen this again. I'm now running ver 26 and everything seems to be running smoothly. I would consider this a dead issue unless I see it again. If so, I'll send a video.
Thanks for the follow-up.
