Custom theme top/bottom margin/padding

I see a left/right indent used in the theme files but nothing for top/bottom. I'm also not sure what element to target for each list item

My biggest issue is the line spacing when a bulleted item carries to a new line as seen here playing around with the City Lights colors.

  The "spec" for themes is here <http://support.multimarkdown.com/kb/composer-v4/multimarkdown-composer-v4-themes>.

   

  For vertical space, you can use `paraSpaceBefore` and `paraSpace`.

   

  If you want long list items to indent when wrapped, then use a tab instead of space between the list marker and the text.
