[THEME] Rose Madder

This is a Work in Progress. I feel I've addressed most of the pieces of syntax I see on a regular basis to my satisfaction, though I do still want to tweak a few things here and there. Where there may be rough edges are in the areas of syntax I never use (like citations). Feedback is welcome if you find anything jarring.

 

So with that disclaimer aside, here is [Rose Madder], a mostly "Dark mode" approach, though as with Solarized, it takes a very biased approach to hue, rather than striving for neutrality. (Sorry for the image quality, it seems to scale with browser width.)
