URL Handler to open folder in nvUltra

Hi,

It would be nice when also a "URL Handler" becomes available in order to open a folder via terminal or scripts. So one can make a Alfred Workflow....

  Try this command-line tool:

  $ open -a "nvUltra Beta" FolderName

  I'm using LaunchBar, which has a "send to" feature that maybe Alfred does. With that I can select a folder, hit Tab and then "nv↩" to open the folder correctly. That's a bit less efficient than activating a file with a default handler though. I might take your idea and create some `open` scripts in LB for commonly used folders.
