[BUG] Lists use double-spaced formatting with setting off

With "Duplicate current list spacing" ON and "Skip line between list items" OFF, the effect when starting a new list is similar to the latter being on. Perhaps it is looking at the fact that the new list line has a clear line before it, but of course a clear line before a list is mandatory Markdown.

 

With the above configuration:

 

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.

1. First list line

2. Second line

3. Third line

 

With "Duplicate current list spacing" OFF (and demonstrated expected behaviour):

 

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.

1. First list line
2. Second line
3. Third line
