Zendesk and Safari
CompletedGreetings everyone and thanks for the opportunity to help with the beta-testing.
Perhaps there should be a warning at the front page asking all of those using Safari to do the following:
Go to Preferences → Sites → Content blocking → De-activate for multimarkdown.zendesk.com
Otherwise, they won't be able to see the comments section of the topics.

I'm not sure I understand properly. Are you saying that you installed a content blocker in Safari that blocks the comments on Zendesk?

Safari does it automatically. Before I disabled it, posts were not visible.

Maybe I'm still not understanding. Unless you install a content blocker, there is nothing to enable or disable in those preferences, correct? Preferences->Websites->Content Blockers is empty for me.
Do you have third party content blockers installed? Can you include a screenshot of what I should be seeing?
Thanks!

Perhaps it is my fault then. I do have one installed, but since it was disabled I figured it must have been Safari's native configurations/content blocking in action. I apologize for the confusion.

No worries. I was just having trouble because what I was seeing didn't make sense with what I understood your experience to be.
I'll close this unless something changes.
