Advanced setting "Typewriter mode keeps cursor centered when arrow keys used" missing in beta

I can't find the "Typewriter mode keeps cursor centered when arrow keys used" setting in MMDComposer5. For me it'a crucial for the user experience to be able to disable this setting.
