Add ability to toggle on line numbering in syntax highlighted code blocks

The ability to pull in highlight.js for syntax highlighting is great. For documentation of code though having the ability to optionally pull in the line number plugin would help out my workflows quite a bit.  I know it won't show in the editor, but by adding it to the preview would be excellent.

  You can include any javascript in your HTML that you like, just like any other web page.
