Scroll and cursor jumps when typing at end of long paragraph

When I'm at the end of a document, on the last line, the scroll position of the window jumps around every time I hit the space bar. I think it has to happen at the end of a long paragraph. And sometimes the cursor appears several lines above where I'm actually typing. Here's an gif where I was able to reproduce some of this behavior. I can reproduce it consistently.
Note: in part of the gif below, I was playing around and unable to reproduce it. But you'll see the weird behavior in there as well. Notice at some points the blue insertion point moves up several lines. I am not placing it there. It should always be on the last line.

I'm still experiencing this and have a screencapture of the original issue.

As of a couple of betas ago (the last 2 weeks or so), this *should* be fixed.

Jack Brannen – does that mean it is working for you? Or that you're excited there's a fix?
(I did find a slight regression bug that I mentioned in another post today, but there is a fix on the way.)
