making nvUltra the default app for markdown .md files

I tried to set nvUltra up to be the default editor for markdown files.

Selected an .md file > Get Info > Open with... > Other

nvUltra is grayed out.

(Ironically, nvAlt is available as a choice :) )

When I try to drag an .md file to the nvUltra dock icon, I get a dialog saying:

"The document “foo.md” could not be opened. nvUltra Beta cannot open files in the “Markdown 文字” format."

(The latter bit may be due to .md being linked to the Calibre e-book app right now.)
