Bug related to deleting smart pairs

Steps to reproduce

1. Place cursor at the end of a line that's not the last line in the file

2. Insert text ` (`

3. Press delete key 2×

 

Expected results: ` (` text is deleted

Actual results: NVU deletes text as expected but also performs a forward delete

  Good catch.  Fixed for a future release (but not necessarily the *next* release).
