"Feature Set" => "Paid App" doesn't stick until I reopen a folder

Just installed nvUltra on a new machine. It seemed stuck in "Test App" mode (showing only a subset of notes), even after changing to "Paid App" in preferences, until I closed and reopened the folder of notes I was using.

  You have to type something in the search bar to reset the query after changing the setting.
