[Feature Request] Rename with Command-R
CompletedThis is pretty simple - just a shortcut to rename the currently selected file with CMD-R.
Would save a few clicks with the mouse :)
I'd also add, that it may be helpful to port some other keybind shortcuts from nvALT - possibly CMD-J and CMD-K & CMD-SHIFT-T for tagging!

I added this via the terminal myself:
defaults write com.multimarkdown.nvUltra NSUserKeyEquivalents -dict-add "Rename Selected File" -string "@r"

Matthew Smith - thanks for the tip - that's awesome! definitely a worthwhile addition to the 'Advanced' section in the docs!

Matthew Smith, I don't suppose you'd have that same hack for Up/Down with CMD-K/J?

Pash Shocky Unfortunately not. Setting a default keystroke requires a menubar entry. I’ve gotten used to ⌘+L, and then using the arrow keys to navigate the file list.

Modifying menu bar shortcuts can be done via system preferences in addition to the terminal trick. Though the terminal trick could be useful for saving some shell scripts to restore customizations when moving to a new computer. I had never tried it that way before.
And though not strictly an nvUltra thing, we could look at adding this to the documentation.
We are considering additional options for navigating the notes list as well.
Thanks all!
