[BUG] Consecutive dollar sign in footnotes render as \( \)

Given a file with this content:

monies in body $12 to $2 $6 $10[^monies]
[^monies]: monies in footnote $12 to $2 $6 $10

The preview render the footnote replacing `$` with `\(` and `\)` when there is a pair of `$`. The problem does not happen with the same text in the body.

Rendered footnote:

monies in footnote \(12 to \)2 \(6 \)10  ↩︎

  Fixed for next release of MultiMarkdown, which will be in upcoming release of nvUltra as well.
