Support "renaming" WikiLinks with "|" pipe
I search the forums but I couldn't find an existing request for this. It would be nice to have support for using WikiLink that render with a different text than the file it is pointing to:
and then because of [[Difficult Concept.md|difficult concept applying to xyz]]
I assumed the pipe in the WikiLink double bracket is a "standard". From the other posts I read I really like your reasoning for when to and not do something – I can be easily convinced that are better ways specially if they are more universally supported.

+1 from me. It would give us better interoperability with Obsidian, as well.

WikiLinks are not a part of Markdown/MultiMarkdown. Because of the nature of nvUltra, where the relationships between files is clearly known and controlled by the app, basic support for WikiLinks was added on top of MultiMarkdown in such a way that it doesn't conflict with MultiMarkdown syntax. It's not likely, though not impossible, that this feature will see much further development beyond current state (aside from bug fixes).

FWIW, I would like to voice my support for this request as well. Wikipedia uses this syntax too: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Piped_link.
