nvUltra seems stuck loading/indexing

The bar up top is never completed and I often have to force quit the app.

  We've located some issues with indexing and caching that we're working on for the next update. Hopefully we'll have fixes this week that will cover this and some other issues.

  moving to mark II yesterday the same problem resurfaced.

  I do have this reproducibly when indexing an Obsidian workspace:

  (basically all .md files but there all the hidden plugin directories and some .css files.)

  Tried my best via exclusion wildcards in preferences-general - without avail.

  nvUltra index bar gets stuck short of completion and forever, at times requiring a force-quit.

  Could you look at his again?
