Do not treat unknown file bundles as directories

My old note tree contains file bundles of various sorts (MindNode mind maps is one prominent example). nvUltra indexes the entire contents of the bundles, which causes a lot of noise and XML data I really don't want. Can bundles of unsupported types be treated like an unknown file instead of a directory?

  You can ignore files/folder using the preferences (General => Files to ignore).

  Thanks, that makes less noise and helps somewhat. But ideally I would like to be aware of the file and open it in an external editor.
