Critic Markup Items in Format Menu?

Hi,

I've been experiencing some issues with nvUltra that I'm finally trying to sort out. I don't look at the "format" menu very often, but today I noticed it looks like the attached screenshot (nvUltra v70). That doesn't seem right. 

I've turned off CriticMarkup in the preferences, and the menu remains unchanged. Any ideas?

  I refactored some menu item names and the changes did not make it to the localization file.
