Half-height broken line

It's a bit hard to explain without assuming what's the specific source of the problem, but it's an UI issue where a line is displayed again with the upper half. See the attached screenshot for and example (the last line that says "user/profile/notifications.html)"

When one starts editing and adds a newline the half-line disappears.

  This happens with Beta 70 and I'm running Catalina 10.15.7.
  
  I cannot consistently reproduce this, but I saw it this time:
  
  1. search for term
  2. click on entry in file list
  3. existing note is displayed with extra broken half-line
  
  What I expect:
  3. note displays correctly without the extra half-line
  
  If you need a debug log, let me know, but as this error appears inconsistently I cannot really turn on debug logging the whole time.
