Possible Bug: Focused files not removed from File List immediately when deleted

Hello folks!

I'm new to the beta, but didn't see this listed anywhere so I wanted to bring it up. If this is working-as-expected, please feel free to ignore! Thanks for the great work. 

System Information

macOS Version: 13.1 (22C65)
nvUltra version: 2023.01.16.14.18

Reproduction Steps

• Create a new file (Or search for an existing one)
• Ensure file is focused using keyboard
• Use ⌘-⌫ to delete the file

Actual Behavior:

• The file still appears in the list, and its contents still appear in the preview
• After moving focus away from the file, its title disappears

Expected Behavior:

• The file would disappear from the list, and the next file (or none) would be selected

 

(Note: This behavior also occurs using the mouse, though it is less jarring.)
