Duplicate "Tags out of sync" prompt

After the latest update (2022.12.16.14.18), the "Tags out of sync" menu appears twice in a row for the same file with an identical prompt: that is, it wants me to choose, say, "Update macOS tags" two times for it to actually work.

I just updated to Version 1.0.0 (2022.12.23.14.53) and I still have this problem. Apologies about timing if meant after the release to which I just upgraded.

This issue persists after updating to the latest build (Version 1.0.0 [2023.03.03.01.54]).
