Deleting a note from the notes list leaves the entry in the list
CompletedMacOS: 13.0.1
nvUltra: Version 1.0.0 (2022.11.02.23.49)
Click on an entry in the notes list to highlight it. Then press Cmd-Delete.
After doing this it seems that nothing happens. I can still see the entry in the notes list and the contents of the note are displayed in the editor.
However, if I look for the file in the directory on disk, the file has been deleted.
In nvUltra, if I press Up Arrow followed by Down Arrow to re-select the entry that was deleted, the editor now shows only a large icon for the file type.
I have to quit nvUltra and restart it for it to remove the entry from the notes list.

I bit more information...
This only happens when the note being deleted is currently highlighted in the notes list.
For example, if I delete a file from the Finder/Terminal etc. and the file is not currently highlighted in the notes list, then the entry is removed from the notes list. But if I delete the file from Finder/Terminal etc. and the file happens to be highlighted in the notes list then the entry remains similar to deleting it from within nvUltra.

I just noticed the "Move file(s) to Trash" open in the context menu of the notes list.
This has the same behavior where the file is removed, but the entry in the notes list is not removed.

For some time, I have not been able to delete files via the File menu command to move files to the trash, via the context menu, or via pressing ⌘ D. I have to go the Finder to delete the file manually. Then, as noted above, the file is still visible in the list.
Also, I noticed that menu commands are slightly different:
- File > Move Selected File(s) to Trash
- Contextual Menu > Move File(s) to Trash

Oh, I meant to include:
macOS: Monterey Version 12.6.1
NVUltra Version 1.0.0 (2022.12.23.14.53)
I'm not certain if it matters, but it very well may: This is on my work machine, and we use Box. I'm starting to wonder how much that may be influencing other apps on my machine, so that could be the culprit? It doesn't just delete files like Dropbox; it prompts me asking if I'm sure I want to delete the file permanently. I'll try to delete a file on my home laptop where I use Dropbox.

This is part of an underlying issue with the way several components of the code communicate. I am working on a more robust fix.

Fixed for next release.
