Edit pane does not show first entry in Notes list when searching
CompletedMacOS: 13.0.1
nvUltra: Version 1.0.0 (2022.11.02.23.49)
Sometimes if if there is only one matching note then the contents of that note are correctly displayed in the editing pane. Other times it shows the most recently view note. It is inconsistent.
However, if there are more than one matching note in the note list, then the contents of the editing pane does not always update with the currently displayed note.
Starting with no note selected in the note list.
I type "a" in the search field and my note list shows:
- AC Filter
- Asian Chicken Salad
- Asparagus And Mushrooms
- Awase Dashi
- Plus many others...
And *AC Filter* is in the editing pane (this is correct). (However, sometimes it shows whatever note I was previously viewing)
I then type "s" so that "as" is in the search field and the note list now shows:
- Asian Chicken Salad
- Asparagus and Mushrooms
- Vegetable Pot Pie
But *AC Filter* is still shown in the editing pane.
I then type "p" so that "asp" is in the search field, the note list now shows:
- Asparagus and Mushrooms
- Vegetable Pot Pie
But *AC Filter* is still shown in the editing pane.
*Asparagus and Mushrooms* is highlighted in WHITE in the notes list.
If I press the `Down Arrow` , the selction in the notes list then moves down to *Vegetable Pot Pie.* The selection is now RED and *Vegetable Pot Pie* is correctly shown in the editing pane. I have to press `Up Arrow` to select *Asparagus and Mushrooms* and have it shown in the editing pane.
Seems to me that when typing in the search field, the first matching entry in the notes list should be displayed in the editing pane. That way I can narrow the search and simply press `Enter` or `Tab` to start editing the desired note.
As it is now, I have to press `Down Arrow` then `Up Arrow` before pressing `Enter` or `Tab`.

This bug can cause you to edit the wrong note when trying to create a new note.
I have a folder with two notes called "Coq Au Vin" and "Apple Tart"
The body of "Apple Tart" contains the word "cool". The body of the "Coq Au Vin" does not contain the word "cool"
Now I press Cmd-L to shift focus to the search field. I press Delete to clear the current search.
I type "Co" in the search field. The "Coq Au Vin" note is highlighted in the notes list in (WHITE) and the contents of "Coq Au Vin" are in the editing pane.
Next, I continue typing "ol" so that the search field now contains "Cool".
Now what I see is the only entry in the notes list is "Apple Tart" (which is correct) and it is highlighted in WHITE. However, the editing pane still shows the content of the "Coq Au Vin" note.
If I now press Enter to create a new note called "Cool":
The notes list shows "Cool" highlighted in WHITE followed by "Apple Tart". The editing pane still shows the content of "Coq Au Vin". Very confusing. If I make changes in the editing pane, it is making changes to "Coq Au Vin". The new file for "Cool" is created on disk but remains empty.
This makes if very cumbersome to create new notes.

This should be fixed for the next version. Thanks!
