WikiLinks in code sections are not recognized

When typing `[[]]` in a code block (either a simple code  block or a multiline code block) nvUltra will allow you to select a note entry from a dropdown list, but the entry does not become a link in either the editing pane or the preview pane.

  Correct -- there are no "functional" elements inside of code blocks or code spans.

  Seems odd that the UI will offer a dropdown for the WikiLink in this case since the link will not be functional.

  NvAlt does support WikiLinks in code segments, so I was expected that feature to be carried forward in nvUltra.

  Code blocks are often used for writing about things, which could include writing documentation about a WikiLink, for example.  So I don't see a reason to intentionally prevent users from using the autocompletion inside code blocks if they want to for some reason.
